The Oklahoma City Adventure District is packed full of variety with national attractions that satisfy the entire family, all conveniently located within a two-mile area at I-35 and I-44.  This district is home to two national museums including the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum and the ASA National Softball Hall of Fame.  Known as the state's premier horse-racing facility, Remington Park is ranked third of 65 racetracks by the Horseplayers Association of North America, ranking above the Kentucky Derby’s racetrack.  In addition, the Oklahoma City Zoo ranks third in family-friendly zoos across the nation.  Dining opportunities include a variety of restaurants located inside the attractions.

Today, more than 3.3 million people visit the District each year, not only to watch a great horse race or softball game but also to visit 2,200 exotic animals, try their luck at the slot machines and see John Wayne paraphernalia. The District comprises a complete vacation getaway for all members of the family.
